When you enter the venue, please have your ticket or mobile ticket ready. If it is not ready, you will be asked to step to the side or go to the Box Office for assistance. If you are unable to access your ticket and it was purchased through Live Nation, Groupon, or Ticketmaster, the Box Office will be able to print out your tickets for you with your photo ID.
We recommend adding your mobile ticket(s) to your Passbook or mobile wallet BEFORE you arrive as this will save time and you will not have to use the internet to access your tickets. Like any crowded area, wifi connections can slow down when everyone is trying to connect at once, so be prepared and don’t hold up the line.
Security will check bags as you enter. ALL GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO METAL DETECTION AND/OR WANDING UPON ENTRY.
