All vegetables on the salad bar are gluten free and the buffet also has olive oil and vinegar for dressing (composed salads and dressings are NOT gluten free). Items on the carving board are gluten free as well as the vegetable of the day, green peas, chili, wild rice, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and Shepherd’s pie. The buffet chefs could also grill chicken or pork chops without sauce if requested. Dessert options would be limited to jello, fruit, and certain ice cream.
