NORTHFIELD, OH (September 9, 2026) – Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood, located inside Northfield Park Racino, has launched an all-new menu designed to elevate its high-stakes dining experience.
Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood is proud to unveil a redesigned menu featuring bold flavors, vibrant seasonal ingredients, and the unmistakable aroma of wood-fired cooking in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting. Each thoughtfully curated dish is designed to elevate any dining occasion and complemented by a selection of wines chosen to pair perfectly with the steak and seafood dishes.
New menu highlights include Steamed Mussels with sambuca, Crab Orecchiette, Chicken Milanese, Signature Burger – Prime Chuck, a 24-ounce dry-aged Porterhouse, a 16-ounce dry- aged Ribeye, alongside favorites such as Veal Chop Parmesan, jumbo lump Crab Cakes, a 12-ounce USDA Prime Boneless New York Strip and Twin Lobster Tail.
